Copyright and takedown policy

Send a copyright notice

Email a complete notice to legal@teradownload.co. To help us identify and assess the report, include:

1. your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorised to act for the rights holder;
2. identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers several works;
3. the exact TeraDownload page, TeraBox share URL, and file name at issue, with enough detail for us to locate it;
4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and
6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for that person.

What happens after a report

We may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict a repeatedly reported share identifier, or disable access through features under our control. The underlying file remains on the third-party hosting service, so a rights holder may also need to contact TeraBox or Flextech Inc. directly for removal at the source.

We may share a notice with the affected user, the hosting provider, or advisers where reasonably necessary to investigate or comply with law. Knowingly sending a false or materially misleading notice can create legal liability.

Counter-notice

If access was restricted because of a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the affected URL, your contact details, an explanation supported by relevant rights or permission, and any statements required by the law that applies to your request. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant.

Scope of this policy

This contact route is provided for copyright and related rights concerns. It is not a substitute for any formal notice method required in your jurisdiction, and it does not make TeraDownload the host or owner of the reported third-party file.
