Who operates this service

TeraDownload is the service name used on this website. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@teradownload.co.

Information we process

• Submitted link data: the public share URL, share identifier, optional share password contained in that URL, and file metadata returned by TeraBox, such as names, sizes, and thumbnails.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested route, response status, error category, and security or diagnostic events recorded by our hosting infrastructure.
• Temporary playback data: a resolved video manifest may be stored once in your browser's session storage and removed when the player reads it or when the browser session ends.
• Messages you send: your email address and the content of support, privacy, or copyright correspondence.

We do not ask for a TeraBox account login, payment-card information, or your TeraBox account password.

Why we use this information

• Provide the link-resolution, playback, and download features.
• Protect the service against abuse, fraud, and unsafe requests.
• Diagnose failures, measure reliability, and maintain security.
• Respond to support, privacy, and copyright enquiries.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Retention

Access and diagnostic logs are kept for no longer than 30 days, then deleted or anonymised. We may preserve a narrowly relevant record for longer when required by law or necessary to investigate active abuse or a security incident. Temporary browser playback data is designed for a single session. Contact records are kept only as long as needed to answer the request and document any required action.

Service providers and third parties

Submitted links and related requests are sent to TeraBox services, operated by Flextech Inc., so file details or media can be retrieved. The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which may process technical logs to deliver and secure the service. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy practices.

The current frontend does not set third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before it is activated.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information associated with you. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to privacy@teradownload.co. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record.

Security and policy changes
