How to download TeraBox files and videos
If a TeraBox link shows an error or no usable action, work through these checks before trying again. Most problems come from an incomplete, private, protected, or expired share link.
Get a download or playback link
Check the TeraBox share link
Use a public TeraBox file or folder share URL from a supported TeraBox domain.
Review the full list of supported TeraBox link formats.
Paste the URL
Paste the complete share link into the resolver and select Get files.
Review and open the available action
Check the file name, size, and preview, then use Watch Online or Download Now when that option is available.
Common errors and what to do
The link is not recognised
Copy the complete share URL from TeraBox. Do not paste a file name, browser search result, shortened third-party URL, or a TeraBox account dashboard link.
The share expired or was deleted
Ask the sender for a new public share. This service cannot restore a file removed by its owner or reopen an expired share.
A password is required
Use the valid share password supplied by the owner. Never enter a TeraBox account password or reuse a personal account password.
TeraBox is refusing requests
Wait a minute and retry once. Repeated clicks do not bypass an upstream block and may keep the request rate limited for longer.
Watch Online is unavailable
Browser playback is only shown for supported video files. An expired stream can usually be refreshed by resolving the share link again.
Download Now is unavailable
Some file types do not include a usable direct link. The tool only displays actions that are available for the resolved file.
