What the service does

TeraDownload reads public TeraBox share links and displays file metadata and available actions. A standard file may open using a third-party direct link. Supported video playback and downloads may temporarily relay media segments through this service. TeraDownload does not provide a TeraBox account and does not permanently host or upload user files.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• use the service only for content you own or have permission to access, copy, download, or play;
• comply with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws;
• keep private or password-protected links confidential and never submit another person's account credentials;
• verify downloaded files before opening them and maintain appropriate device security; and
• comply with the terms that apply to the original TeraBox service and shared content.

Prohibited use

You must not use TeraDownload to:

• infringe copyright or distribute content without permission;
• access private material, evade access controls, or obtain another person's credentials;
• distribute malware, unlawful material, or content that violates the rights or safety of others;
• overload, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with TeraDownload.

Third-party services and links

TeraBox, its CDN, and other destination services are operated by third parties. Their availability, files, links, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. A resolved URL can expire, change, stop working, or lead to third-party content that TeraDownload has not reviewed.

Intellectual property

Users and third-party rights holders retain all rights in their content. TeraDownload does not acquire ownership of a file because a public share link is submitted. TeraBox names and marks belong to their respective owners. Read our copyright and takedown policy to report alleged infringement.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, especially where a request creates security, abuse, operational, or legal risk. We do not guarantee that every TeraBox link or file type can be resolved, streamed, or downloaded.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, TeraDownload is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, or continued access to third-party files. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeraDownload and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from third-party content, unavailable links, lost data, device damage, or use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are subject to laws applicable to the service operator and to any mandatory rights in your location. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
